Location

The farmland is located to the west of the A15 immediately north of the former RAF Scampton Airfield. The village of Brattleby is located to the west. The surrounding areas are predominantly agricultural land.

Lot 1 extends to 58.05 hectares (143.43 acres) of land which has been farmed in arable rotation. Situated in the centre of the farmland is a yard area extending to 0.58 hectares (1.44 acres) which has several buildings as follows.

Building 1 (14.55m x 5.85m) - A stone building with asbestos roof which may have suitability for conversion, subject to obtaining the relevant statutory consents.
