The farm consists of land as well as an operational center with buildings and machines. There are no animal husbandry on the farm.
The land is a compact complex with an area of over 1100 ha, of which about 1000 ha are cultivated in very good agricultural condition. The farm is owned by two Polish companies that have been gradually buying up the land.
One plot with an area of 60 ha is leased from KOWR until September 12, 2026 and 2 ha from the Lasy Panstwowe. The main crops on the farm are rape, wheat and oats.
Location
The farm is located in the northern part of Poland, a short distance from the the Baltic coast and ports in the Tri-city.
