Beccles is a popular village in East Suffolk, it is on the A145 and A12 road and is situated 16 miles southeast of Norwich and approximately 33 miles northeast of Ipswich.

The site has the benefit of two full planning permissions.
One is for the demolition of the existing building and the development of a two storey house, carports and stable block ref. DC/09/1136/FUL.
The second permission is for the construction of six dwellings ref. W316/11 which has subsequently altered in application DC/11/1444/FUL.
We understand that Building Control have confirmed that the planning permissions have been implemented.
The plans show an attractive development of seven large houses in plots as follows:
